Q. When does the legal publishing need to be completed by?
A. You have 120 days from the date of formation of your LLC to file the certificate of publication.

Q. What happens if I don't publish my LLC?
A. Failure to comply with the NY LLC publishing law will result in "suspension" of your limited liability company.

A. Your LLC will be "reinstated" upon filing of the Certificate of Publication.

Q. How long does the process take?
